  • You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

To initiate a return, please email nourrahjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We do not offer returns on gift cards or sale items.
When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
